Years ago, our founder, Gladys started a movement to inspire women to own their lives , and recognize the ability and potential in their lives. An idea she refers to Earning from Skills.

To date, several women have started making handcrafts, and become self employed. Every day, this community of pro-skills women continues to grow and inspires new generations of women to love the work of their hands.

To our Pepa Bead community, creativity is something to celebrate. It’s not something to be "accepted" or "put up with," but something to take pride in, to revel in, and to honor in every year of your life.
